Licensing, Seats & Offline Grace

Pro ($21/mo or $210/yr) licenses allow up to 2 Apple Silicon Macs per license, and Founding ($150/yr locked rate) and Team ($42/seat/mo) licenses allow up to 3 Apple Silicon Macs per license/seat.

Activated Macs store a cryptographically signed offline license token in macOS Keychain valid for 7 days (refreshed automatically when online) plus a 14-day offline grace period—giving 21 full days of offline operation.
